ABOUT KOKV HANGARS
Now available for sale, the first 11 of 32 hangar condominiums are being designed and constructed at Winchester Regional Airport (KOKV) - less than a 90 minute drive from Washington, D.C. The hangars are grouped into two buildings along the southeast side of the general aviation ramp near the end of runway 32. The back of each hangar has access to the service road and the front connects directly to the ramp.
Each hangar is insulated, heated, and comes with a bathroom. And because they are part of a condominium association, they all include central compressed air, internet, electronic access control, common storage and an outdoor picnic area . Additional floorplan configurations are available which can include an office, pilot’s lounge, or other improvements to meet the needs of each owner.

KOKV Hangars are either 52' or 60' wide, 50' deep, and 18' high. Each one comes with a door that opens up to provide 15' of clearance from the ground.

Every hangar is accessible from the airport service road and will feature parking at the back of the hangar as well as the ability to drive into the hangar to park inside. The front of the hangar connects directly to the general aviation ramp near the southeast end of Runway 32. Each hangar is part of a larger building that includes a central compressed air system, internet, electronic access control, a small outdoor picnic area, and common storage.
