Three hangars in Building 741 are now available for short-term lease or lease-to-own options. The hangars available for lease are all Floorplan One models and include a half bathroom.

Option 1: Short-Term Lease
Short-term leases are available on a month-to-month basis. The lease price includes electricity and heat, wifi, condominium fees, and real estate taxes.

Option 2: Lease to Own
This longer-term lease is for a minimum of one year. Purchase is not required at the end of the lease. However, if you do decide to purchase the hangar, the purchase price will be locked in at the start of your lease and 75% of your lease payments will be credited toward the purchase price.

FLOORPLANS
KOKV Hangars are either 52' or 60' wide, 50' deep, and 18' high. Each one comes with a door that opens up to provide 15' of clearance from the ground.

Every hangar is accessible from the airport service road and features parking at the back of the hangar as well as the ability to drive into the hangar to park inside. The front of the hangar connects directly to the general aviation ramp near the southeast end of Runway 32. Each hangar is part of a larger building that includes a central compressed air system, internet, electronic access control, a small outdoor picnic area, and common storage.
